Criticism:
1. Map is way big for game. Making big map just to make player run for 3-4 minutes from one interacrive place to other always a horrible idea. Don't make it even bigger, and make more interactive things. For now there are places where you can literally only run for 5 minutes. Before going one direction i started thinking that probably there is nothing there since some abandoned projects have extremely big map with nothing.
2. Gameplay is good. More arrows should be placed everywhere, because again, map extremely big and going back to forge is not a choise, not a fun to do thing. Btw, i like fighting monsters in this game, theobly problem is energy, make it 50% less consumed by heats and running, because it goes too fast and when you have no energy, you just dance around enemies. It doesn't make game harder, it makes it annoying witch is bad for such a good gameplay you have created already.
3. I would like to see more "lewd" monsters you can "take" after winning against them.
4. Some kind of chackpoints? This things that should heal you doesn't work properly now.
5. Sex scenes... i saw only one. I don't even now where to find them, since again map extremely big, and where to find any quests? If this game is just open world without quests, lewd scenes should appear faster and more definetly. There should be "rewarding" for hard boss fights.
6. The bad side of game is that graphics for sex aren;t good. Same visuals are good at fights, but when it comes to H-scenes, there little more work should be done, let me give an example - When BJ scene appears: Let the lips move forward a little, the girl's cheeks swell, and it's better to make the cum animation
Yup, its not abandoned, I was thinking of abandoning it but decidet to just develop it slower and cut some content. Final map won't be much bigger, I plan to improve it so it doesn't feel so empty in the final version. The problem with stamina should only appear at the beginning , after distributing skill points you can increase the amount and regeneration of stamina, I am planning to make character development even faster. About running across the map, waypoints are bugged sorry, I will fix this and I am planning to add an item that can instantly teleport you to the village. Waypoint only heal ~70% of hp, maybe I'll change it to 100%. More sex scenes, more quests and more enemies, yes, it's planned. I am also planning to improve h-scenes but in the further term, after 1.0 version probably.
The premise of the game seems intruiging, however it is riddled with bugs and confusing progression. I have played for 2 hours already and been lost where to go to. Upon entering a portal in the Maze I was immediately thrown out and had to get another key, by walking, since the Waypoint were not working. Therefore I gave up. Here are my notes:
Pros
- interesting character design - large open world - sex scenes might be interesting but I didn't get there yet
Cons
- large open world is mostly empty - resources are located far from where they are needed - confusing UI (e.g. Skill Tree not explained) - unexplained features (e.g. Mood [Cow-Girl]) - quests are very simple and repetetive (mostly walking) - combat is not very exciting - world and assets look kitbashed with many clashing artstyles (if those are placeholders then that is okay)
Balancing
- stamina could regenerate faster while out of combat - OR running while out of combat doesn't deplete stamina - place the location for the Maze key closer or don't require any key at all - OR have multiple locations for keys and the ability to have multiple at a time so one could gather several and then enter the Maze repeatedly - better tutorial, maybe with more complex explanations in the quests - quest progression could be indicated
Bugs
- God Mode is stuck in place above town and can't move - High Jump is automatically turning off if you run out of stamina - Waypoints got disabled after loading a save and the blue crystals required to reactivate them stayed gone so the Waypoints became useless - Village Waypoint wasn't working at all - areas where one could go out of bounds (e.g. beach next to the mountain) - on loading a save, often times clipped through the floor - got a UE4 crash but don't remember what happened
This game has potential and I am willing to come back to it if aforementioned points have been reworked. But at the current state I cannot whole-heartedly recommend it. I hope to see new updates and improvements, and wish you a lovely day~
So, is this game canceled or still in dev? I read the cancel notice but you've also put out two updates since. If it's still in dev, this is exactly the type of game I would love to support. Heck, if more dev's built games like this, I'd be signing over my whole paycheck.
Love the style of the game. Wish that there was more happening with this game.
Just a few suggestions if it does continue that there is a slight increase on the swords attack range; as well as having an animation with the bow where it displays the arms and hands when drawing and firing. As well as showing the avatar in the equipment menu to show what armour the character is wearing maybe :/?
Other than that an amazing looking game and hope it will continue to be developed cant wait to see what more this game can offer!!

Por ejemplo, a veces cuando estoy corriendo, la estamina no se regenera y el personaje avanza muy lento, para poder volver a la normalidad, solo se tiene que golpear con la espada (no habrá animación) y luego comenzará a avanzar normal, pero seguirá sin regenerar estamina, así que después de eso solo tienes que correr (no correrá) pero ahí recién si podrá regenerar estamina

Hey! So I've just started this game. I've spoken to the fairy, killed the first zombie. But the path after that is blocked by an invisible wall. Probably a stupid question, because it seems like I'm the only one to have this problem, but how do I progress?
There are no stupid questions :) After killing the zombie, the dialog should automatically appear and the path should open, it seems to be a bug. You can use cheats ('O' key) and jump above wall (right side of the invisible wall)
This is one of the only "free roam" open world type Hgame here! It's not bad, seems clunky. The bow and arrows for example do not function correctly, the arrows fly 2 cm to the right of the aiming dot.
I would definitely recommend a focus on optimization. The menu on Windowed on Medium was running a 3080 to around 90+% consistently. I'd like to try it, but not at the risk of a GPU.
I could not hit arrows at all and I was not sure I had to get teleported back multiple times to the village in order to get to the magic core. So I spend a lot of time looking for something that did not exist lol.
Other than that 5/5 great idea, absolutely worth <3.
Launched the game, found the fairy, met the first zombie wich i'm supposed to use as a training dummy, and that's where things get complicated.
The game prompt me to press 1 to draw my sword, it does nothing. Tried the numpad and the other set, went to option to try and change the key but it's not available yet. Traveled back and forth between the ship and the zombie thinking maybe i had to pick a sword to actually draw one, but it doesn't seem to be the case.
On the bright side regarding gameplay i think i should add that the classic arrows setup works as well, not only wasd
So, the main protagonist is a male or a female? It's not obvious from the game description and the screenshots. Please tag the game either with "Male protagonist" of "Female protagonist".
Also, would this work on windows7 with 4GB VRAM?

Thanks, but it does not run by default on windows7, because it asks for directx12. To be very specific, I got this error message:
"DX12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument."
However, using simple human thinking, I managed to run the game anyway, by creating a shortcut file and appending -d3d11 to the end of the command line. You do not use any fancy graphical stuff that may really require directx12, so the game ran just fine without any problems.
You can add an automatic startup script to your next release for windows7 users by creating a simple text file, naming it for example "run.txt", then writing into it:
@Echo off "%~dp0Mazex.exe" -d3d11
Then saving it, and renaming it to "run.bat".
The %~dp0 means the file path to where the "run.bat" script is, so it should be put exactly next to the Mazex.exe file. And be sure to leave the double quotes around "%~dp0Mazex.exe", just in case the file path contains spaces.
So, anyway, I managed to play it, and have some suggestions, about what you could improve. Sure I know that the game is still in a very early alpha phase, so you may be already working on these, but anyway I feel like writing it down xD
Please add and option to set the display speed of the text. I'm a rather fast reader, so I would prefer to increase it.
Please add an option to mute the typing sound effect while the text is displayed. For a while it feels cool that you are somehow trying to substitute voice acting with this by dynamically setting the pitch and the tempo of the same sound effect, but the more I hear it, the more I get tired of it, and it eventually gets annoying.
Please if you are adding more graphics options, also add settings to change the gamma and the brightness of the game, because it feels too bright for me.
The thing irritating me may be just some kind of bloom or depth of field effect what makes the environment overly shiny, but I rather think you are still not using these effects. In any case, if you add or already added bloom and depth of field effects, please give us an option to disable them.
I didn't really notice any motion blur effect, but I totally hate that evil thing, so if you add or added any of it, please make sure to let the players disable it.
Your shadow effects are okay, but with these simple visuals, I would prefer to turn off shadows, so please also add an on/off option for shadows.
Finally, I must say, that I totally got lost in your maze. You really should at least add a compass or something to help the user. Or maybe add there more enemies and do not make their corpses disappear, so at least I would know where I was once already.
Oh, and please add background music. It really gets very quickly lonely and boring to wander in your maze, so I have given up on it for now.
Anyway, thanks for the free game, and I wish you good luck developing it.
Hey, this looks like a very good start! There are a couple of things which stopped me from playing very far though: the motion blur is quite a lot for me, maybe you could implement a toggle to disable that? The other issue was the camera constantly pulls to the left which is quite distracting, maybe a bug you could take a look at? This is a cool idea though and I like the story setup so far with the Greek theming!
The issue with the camera was in fact me not realising I had a controller plugged in with the analog stick held down left on the floor... hopefully you haven't wasted too much time on that sorry

Arrows use gravity so you need to aim up and over to get it to hit

I did a reserch and the problem is no fps limit in most cases. It hapends only in newest cards, on my 2060S its 23-38%

By pressing "o" key, you can open cheat table and enable high jumping to skip maze.
