I'm very sorry, but I hated it. I was an idiot and bought the full version without trying the demo which is my own fault, but the fact I had to install a whole new program to run the game, it doesn't have gamepad support, checkpoints are so few and far between, there's really no upside to the pistol except distance, you run out of stamina so quickly it's not even funny, just so many issues... I honestly hope that things will improve, there's potential...

Install whole new progrem? this could only happen if you haven't played any unreal engine game before.
Gamepad support is planned but not necessary.
Checkpoints are literally between every ~three enemy and at every start and end level. Stamina if fine, you don't have to run everywhere but it's a matter of preference. You can enable infinite stamina in the cheat table, but after that the game will become too easy.

I suppose you do have a point that it would become too easy... sorry, I was just angry that I was basically soft locked due to having so little health. Also, yeah, I hadn't played any unreal game before and I can only blame myself. Terribly sorry.

Armor and magazines is just int variable so it should work fine, hp and stamina is float variable so it also shouldn't be too complicated. I don't use ce very often so its hard to tell.

Game is in shambles. How do you get said key for the door? Ive gone everywhere but couldnt find it.

I picked up the pistol, then accidentally reloaded a FULL magazine. It took away the ammo, and the reserve mag. There isnt even a counter to show how much ammo you have left. The game probably just sets it to 0 then adds 6 or something, which isnt really how reloading (or ammo at all) works.

I got killed by a slime (I think), because I couldnt uncrouch.  The mechanic is broken. When you crouch, you cant stand up.  What the hell?

There seems to be a useless delay (animation) when crouching. Its like 1 second long, which doesnt sound like a lot, but boy do you feel it. I guess thats why the crouching is broken. The game seems to be stuck in that middle transition frame between crouching and standing and just goes back to crouching.

There is an about button in the menu, but it doesnt work. I mean, sure, it isnt that important, but why is it even there? Is it that hard to code some text to show up when you press a button? I dont know. You know which button does work though? The patreon one. I guess it was a priority. Id suggest actually fixing the game, before asking for money. I mean, this game is barely playable, do you think I want to pay 5 dollars for some useless cosmetic?

PS: I forgot to add, the stamina drains real fast. Too fast. Either make actions use less stamina, or remove the mechanic. Its cumbersome, not "fun" in a sense

I like this game a lot but I do feel like a cheat system would be nice. I bought the game but I kind of suck at it and I can't get past one of the more involved platforming segments. More opportunities to heal, the ability to see which platforms collapse (unless there's something I'm missing), or cheat codes would really help.

I will add a cheat table in the next patch, several platforms have cracks and they are the ones that can collapse but they do not affect the ability to complete the level. Shift+arrow+jump should do the thing.

Hm. Maybe I just need to turn up my brightness so I can see the cracks better. Sometimes I pass through the edge of a platform, which is pretty frustrating too.

About your game, you need a walkthrough, 2nd you need a cheat at least for patreon only to have unlimited armor and bullets with a stronger club to hit enemies with one strike  third what if there is a nude skin for you to purchase , fourth you should include lots of checkpoints so i can go back to the previous save and lastly fifth make the continue button active so that i can go back to the last load.

Wow, this game is heavier than Farlight84 with the same engine on an HD 2500, I know, I know, my GPU is a potato, but look at the graphics... '-' Unfortunately my HD 7750 died :( 

This game seems very cool, but doesn't run well on my potato :(


I don't understand how this engine can be so heavy even though it has 2D graphics...

Its been made in the unreal engine, so technically it's still 3D game with complex lighting. I'll think about how I could improve it

Thank you for adding settings to improve performance on potato computers. But for me nothing changed and apparently not even visually, it remains at 5 - 7 fps. :(

The game has low fps even in the game menu. I wanted to know what could be consuming so much graphics processing, even with "nothing" on the screen.

I found an old laptop with a similar GPU and also have ~10 fps, but I found a quick solution

i cant really tell if the club is hitting or not
at first i thought maybe you gotta baseball the slimes out of the air but when i ran into worm i couldnt tell either.
i am interested to see how this goes though with a few updates fine tuning it though

BUG REPORT
had a slime jump on my head shook it off oddly early and it disappeared
turns out i was in a state of control but also under the damage effect of the grapple still

Yes, you are right, after building the project the hit effect disappeared and I didn't notice it. I will take a look at this bug as well, thx

hey again just tried out the .11 build
all the fixes and adjustments work really well
but im unsure of an issue
once i passed the first key door and into the room with the sign pointing right
seems like theres no prompt to interact with

restarted and got there again still nothing to interact with

one another note good job with the worm defeat i like it a bunch

This game is awful, who's paying six dollars for this? The controls are terrible, the game is repetitive in a matter or minutes. I understand this is a first release but this is less like a demo and more like a broken prototype.

"Simple and engaging gameplay" Sure I can call it simple, but engaging? Yeah no, the awkward club swings that take absurdly long. The terrible jumping controls. Hell, just hitting an enemy is a pain.

dunno if anyone else has issues with it, but there are many times when it locks at the end of an animation until hit.
