Tentacle Cave Blackout v0.13 Release

Changes for 0.13 version:

- Fixed bug of the monster walking backwards while patroling.

- Fixed bug, receiving damage should no longer reset attack animations

- Fixed bug when mc was hit, was able to run

- Can no longer reload a weapon when the gun is holstered

- Can no longer reload a weapon when MC is grabbed

- Fixed bug causing not allowing buttons to be clicked when defeated

- Added magazine falling out

- Decreased delay before jumping and changed animation

- Crouching is now smoother, added transition

- Added falling shells

- Fixed bug allowing to receiving damage while grabbed

- Added music control system
